Y-COM is a company that works successfully in the area of development of ready-to-use automated solutions for small and medium production facilities (4 x S7-400 with more than 50 profibus stations and up to 30 Frequency Controllers). Starting at level 1 with or without switching system and a simple HMI or complete level 2 incl. connection to ERP. We offer our long-term experience for building new systems and modernising existing ones.

Unser Unternehmen beschäftigt sich mit Hard- und Softwareengineering von Produktions- und Fertigungslinien, sowie mit der Betriebs- und Maschinendatenerfassung. Unsere Kernkompetenz liegt im Bereich Management Informations-Systeme, Kennzeichnung und Identifikation sowie der Automatisierung.
Im Steuerungsbereich stehen umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Siemens- und Allen Bradley-Steuerungen zur Verfügung. Darüber hinaus haben wir in den letzten Jahren im Bereich der Kennzeichnungs- und Identifizierungssysteme bzw. Etikettierung unsere Produktpalette erweitert.
Dazu wurde von uns eine Software entwickelt, mit deren Hilfe von verschiedenen Datenquellen und Datenzielen beliebig vorhandene Prozessdaten oder Statusinformationen ausgetauscht werden. Die Applikationen zur Verarbeitung der Prozessdaten können in einer speziellen, von Y-COM entwickelten und offengelegten, Beschreibungssprache verarbeitet werden. Diese Software wird von uns als Mensch-Maschine-Interface oder als Bindeglied zwischen Prozessdatenerfassung und PPS-Systemen bereits vielfach erfolgreich eingesetzt.
